Roberto San Esteban, is a seasoned veteran in the tourism industry, and a dynamic entrepreneur who has redefined the concept of sustainable luxury tourism in Spain. As the Founder and CEO of EcoIbiza, Roberto has seamlessly combined his passion for the environment with his expertise in tourism to create a unique platform offering luxury villa rentals, events, and more.
I consider myself passionate about international relations, trade development and the internal transformation of companies and projects to be able to export their products and services. I have a deep and sincere vocation of service. I love things well done, and that everyone wins in a deal.
Roberto’s journey began with his academic pursuits in Tourism at the prestigious Escuela Superior de Turismo Sol, and later he added marketing mastery through the Esade Business School. His scholastic achievements were further enhanced with a Proficiency from Bridgport University.
In 1997, Roberto embarked on his professional journey in the tourism industry with EcoIbiza as a Manager. His role involved catering to an array of customer needs like villa rentals, hotel bookings, organizing events, photo shoots, and weddings. His dedication and commitment to delivering the best soon saw him rise to the position of CEO. Since 1998, he has been leading EcoIbiza, enshrining his vision of sustainable luxury tourism.
Roberto’s extensive professional experience includes collaborations with well-known travel agencies like Club de Vacaciones, Mundicolor, Nouvelle Frontieres, and Catai Tours. He brings this wealth of knowledge to his role at EcoIbiza, making profound contributions to the sustainable tourism industry.
Committed to sustainable business practices, Roberto has been a strong advocate for eco-friendly tourism, promoting the idea that luxury and environmental consciousness can co-exist harmoniously.
